Recently I decided that I can both love my body and want to change things about it. If there’s something that I can fix, I figured that it would be fine to do something about it. Something that has always bugged me is my non-existent eyebrows. For whatever reason, as I got older my blond hair turned brown except for the outside halves of both my eyebrows. There is plenty of hair, just none of the color. To remedy this, I researched solutions and ended up deciding to purchase the Revlon ColorStay Brow Pencil [Amazon]. I bought the pencil in a couple of colors because I wasn’t confident which one would be the best match. I also figured that I might want slightly more prominent eyebrows in certain situations and would be able to play around with them.
I found that both the dark blond and the light brown can work for my face. I have used both of the colors for multiple days each and they have both boosted my confidence. I love having my eyebrows being very present. It surprised me how natural it looks and I am honestly disappointed that I haven’t been doing my eyebrows sooner. If you apply the pencil evenly over your eyebrows and use the blender on the bottom of the pencil, this can become part of your natural makeup routine. There are plenty of videos on YouTube that detail how to use an eyebrow pencil, so if you are unsure or nervous, just check out some tutorials.
If you wished that your eyebrows were fuller or more evenly colored, try this cheap and relatively easy fix! I was pleasantly surprised.
