One of the first things that people notice about you is how you smell. To make a good first impression, be sure that you are always smelling your best. If you want to seem particularly attentive, choose a scent that works well during the summer. Whether you are looking for a scent that you can wear daily or something special for nights out, here are (in no particular order) some of my favorite men’s scents for summer.
1. Bleu de Chanel [Chanel]
This scent is both modern and timeless as it is newer yet widely popular. According to Fragrantica, Bleu de Chanel was released in 2010. The popularity of this sexy fresh scent has only grown since then. This well balanced scent gives off both sandalwood and cedar notes and is perfect for any setting, both casual and formal.
2. Acqua di Giò [Giorgio Armani]
This scent combines together wood, citrus, and marine notes. This unique combination of scents is the ultimate fresh summer scent. You should wear Acqua di Giò in more casual settings or as a solid day to day cologne. This scent lasts well and isn’t overpowering. You are sure to get a lot of complements if you give this scent a try. While you can certainly wear this scent the spring or fall as well, summer is the best time to let this cologne do its work. If you are interested in this scent, there are also some other variations of it from Giorgio Armani that you could check out.
3. Eros [Versace]
This scent from Versace is newer than the other two summer suggestions. According to Versace, Eros derives its unique freshness from mint, lemon, and green apple, while woods and other earthy scents round it out. This scent became wildly popular because of its versatility. This is another scent that can be worn in a variety of situations, and is therefore a good investment for your hard earned dollars. Try out this fresh summer cologne if you are looking to change up your signature scent.
You can find these and other awesome summer scents anywhere that sells mens perfume, including online. For online shopping, check out Macy’s, Sephora, or Fragrancenet. These stores often have sales on particular colognes, so be sure to keep your eyes out for any good deals.
